Indian Roller Boutique Roadhouse, Austin, TX

If you’re looking for something that falls in line with the “Keep Austin Weird” vibe, Indian Roller is the place to go to. This place is located in South Austin and seems like an old converted house. It has a very rural roadhouse sort of feel to it on the inside.

In keeping the Keep Austin Weird spirit alive, I got an Austin Beerworks Bloodwork Orange.

I decided to test the internet there. Download speeds were good but upload speeds were slow.

We hung out and chatted inside, but then figured it would be cool to go outside by the food truck.

By the time we got our quesadillas from the food truck, I was feeling pretty good. I got a steak quesadilla and it was out of this world good! I’m not sure if my beer munchies enhanced the flavor but every bite I took of it was just wow!

Indian Roller is one of those quirky bars kind of tucked off the beaten path in South Austin. It is a nice place to hang out and the quesadillas are out of this world! If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of being in Austin yet want to still want to soak in some Austin Weird, this is the place to hang!
