Thankfully A White Christmas

One thing that sucks about global warming is it is really messing with the weather. I’ve lived long enough and traveled enough to see the impact it’s having. I know me driving a ton of miles isn’t helping, but I’m not stupid enough to deny what is going on. This year was going to be the first “brown” winter in a long time.

When I got to my parent’s house on December 19th, this is what their yard looked like due to the record setting temperatures.

Thankfully it snowed on December 23rd so on Christmas it looked like this.

I’m happy that it’s now white outside and has cooled off a bit (or by Texas standards is very cold). It’s definitely fun to play around in the snow and ultimately have a white Christmas.  Anyways, Merry Christmas!
